I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a therapist, coach, wife, mom and stepmom. I started my coaching and therapy practices to help moms find support, validation, and healing. I struggled with postpartum depression, am a recovering people-pleaser, and though it doesn’t happen as often anymore – yes, I have moments of mom rage too.
All this to say, I get it.
I know what its like to pretend we have it all together, yet feel like we’re drowning in motherhood. You feel like you can’t be honest with other people, especially when they tell you how lucky you are and how great motherhood is. So you keep it to yourself.
There are days where you don’t recognize yourself in the mirror anymore and certainly don’t know this version of you. This person feels like a stranger. The longer this goes on, the harder it is to fake it and pretend we have it all together, and the more it impacts your relationships – with your kids, with your partner, with yourself.

Coaching will also help us create a playbook that you can turn to for when shit inevitably hits the fan because…kids. Moms are human. You will still get angry because that’s a normal human emotion – but the anger won’t have to look like this. We’ll empower you with the tools to tackle challenges, prevent tantrums (both from the kids and our own), and be able to better regulate our emotions to make for happier moms, and happier kids.
I know it’s felt like nothing has worked. I get that. But this will be unlike anything you’ve done before because this is exclusively for you and based on your unique needs – not generalized advice.
